At Thrive Senses, we believe that wellbeing deserves thoughtful, personalised support. We offer a range of services designed to help individuals and groups feel more balanced, resilient and able to thrive, whether navigating stress, seeking greater clarity, building healthier habits or simply wanting to feel more like themselves again.
Our approach is warm, supportive and tailored to the individual. Rooted in positive psychology and informed by approaches such as counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), we gently combine evidence-based techniques with practical, meaningful strategies that support lasting positive change.
Alongside one-to-one wellbeing coaching, Thrive Senses offers thoughtfully designed group workshops exploring a wide range of wellbeing themes, from happiness and life satisfaction to resilience and coping skills. Sessions take place in our welcoming office space, carefully designed using calming natural tones to create an environment that feels comfortable and restorative.
We also offer online challenges and courses, allowing individuals to explore wellbeing practices in a flexible and accessible way from home. For organisations, Thrive Senses provides tailored corporate training programmes, delivered either online or in person, and designed around the unique needs of each team.
