Thrive Senses Group Wellbeing Workshops

Thrive Senses wellbeing workshops provide a warm, welcoming space to explore different aspects of wellbeing in a relaxed and supportive environment. Designed to be engaging, insightful and gently interactive, workshops encourage low-pressure participation through thoughtful exercises that help bring learning to life. Held in our calming office space, each workshop is designed to support meaningful, positive change on your pathway to optimal wellbeing.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Workshops are intentionally kept small, allowing space for reflection, conversation and personal exploration at a pace that feels comfortable. Herbal teas are always available, and many sessions also include thoughtfully prepared plant-based refreshments to enjoy along the way.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Our workshops are typically held on Mondays (Mindful Mondays), Wednesdays (Wellbeing Wednesdays) and Saturdays (Self-Care Saturdays).
