Thrive Senses Group Well-Being Workshops

Thrive Senses group well-being workshops offer clients the opportunity to explore aspects of well-being in detail, with low-pressure group participation encouraged through exercises that solidify learning. Conducted in our warm and welcoming office space, workshops are designed to be engaging, enlightening and informative, and offer clients the opportunity to make meaningful, positive change on their pathway to optimal well-being.

We aim to create a friendly, upbeat, happy and memorable experience. Half way through the workshop, a plant-based snack and tea are offered to re-energise.
