Thrive Senses 21-Day Wellbeing Challenges are delivered online in simple, accessible daily sessions designed to fit easily into everyday life. Created to feel supportive rather than overwhelming, each challenge introduces small, meaningful practices that can be explored from the comfort of home, wherever you are in the world.
Designed to inform, inspire and encourage lasting change, challenges explore a range of wellbeing tools and habits that can support a more balanced, positive and fulfilling way of living. Small, consistent steps often lead to the most meaningful transformation.
You can enrol at any time and move through the programme at a pace that feels realistic and manageable for you. While many people enjoy engaging with the content daily over 21 days, there is complete flexibility to revisit sessions and work in a way that fits comfortably around your lifestyle. Many participants enjoy checking in first thing in the morning or as part of an evening wind-down routine.

Challenge: Stress Reduction Challenge
Details: Every day, for 21 days, we'll give you an effective, stress busting strategy, from practising self-compassion and mindfulness, to exercise and getting into nature, plus much, much more! We'll then challenge you with a manageable but meaningful daily task.

I really needed this. It’s great how the videos are a mix of the instructors talking and images that convey the things they’re talking about, so it keeps you interested. I like it best when they talk you through situations and how to deal with them in your head. It works great for me and helps me get a grip. The resource sheets are so detailed and comprehensive, If you print them out you end up having a whole file full of information, like a book. So this course is great value."
